Process
I went for an interview in Bengaluru at the Cessna Building. There were 4 rounds:
- Machine Coding
- Code Evaluation
- Coding (DS and Problem Solving)
- Competency Related Questions
The first three rounds went well. The interviewers were positive and helpful.
However, the last round was conducted by a person who seemed unprofessional and arrogant. This last round was the worst experience of my life. The interviewer was rude and did not listen to my answers. I expected Flipkart to be a good company, but this reaction from the tech team was shocking. People often forget "what goes around comes around."
