Process
I had a very bad experience. My interview was scheduled and canceled by Flipkart twice. The recruiter was so irresponsible; she never responded. Finally, through a consultancy, I received the interview call letter.
I arrived at 11 AM, without having had any breakfast, and immediately started with the Machine Coding round. I felt least interested after seeing the office and the way the recruiter treated me. I took two hours and finished the round. They never arranged food for me, and I was very hungry.
The recruiter told me I would have one more round and asked me to have biscuit/tea. It was 2:30 PM. It is their responsibility to arrange food.
In the next round, I was giving up on answering the questions. I was so tired and showed the least interest.
After the interviewer left, I waited for 30 minutes, but no one came. I went to the recruiter's desk, asked for feedback, and left for the day.
This is not the way to treat a candidate.
