Pros: It has been a good experience for the past one year working with Flipkart. Very good salary and other great stuff.
Cons: Work is not that great as the amount of hype created. If you just bother about salary, this is a good place to work in. If you care about work, this is certainly not the company you should be looking for.

2. No cabins for managers; they will sit with you.
3. Transparency.
