I was contacted by a TA for an unspecified position. I was excited about interviewing with Flipkart, but the resulting experience was overwhelmingly negative.

After initial contact with the TA, I was scheduled for a screening/exploratory call a couple of days later. On the scheduled date, not only did I receive no call from the panel, but I wasn't even informed of the reason for the no-show.

About a week later, I was contacted again and scheduled for yet another screening/exploratory call (for the same unspecified position). Unfortunately, it was another no-show.

This happened two more times until I finally received a phone call from an individual who only identified himself by his first name (perhaps not even that).

The call itself was appalling. There was a lot of disturbance on the line, which I chose to ignore. After exchanging pleasantries, I was asked a couple of condescending "puzzle"-type questions.

Never mind the fact that these "puzzles" were completely irrelevant to my work; we didn't even discuss what position they were hiring for. The level of arrogance and condescension shown by the interviewer boggles my mind.

Avoid Flipkart. They are complete time-wasters and totally unprofessional (and arrogant).
