Process
Onsite interview. It was a design round, though. The interviewer asked me to implement design patterns.
Since I have a background in non-imperative languages, it was hard to grasp the expectation. I should have prepared Java design patterns.
I was wrong. It was a Java role. Design patterns should be a must there.

Impactful Work, Lacking Process
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
February 18, 2012
Pros: 1. To do impactful work
2. Easy to approach and helpful coworkers
3. Working in a place of positive energy
Cons: 1. There was no agile development process (as with any other startup) when I was there. It's good in a way, but bad in a bigger way. But now I think they do.
