Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
The interview experience was pathetic. The HR called nearly 50 candidates, and it was a total mess there. After taking the first round, they asked us to wait for 3 hours for the result. I didn't wait for the result and left after the first round. The interview process reflects the culture the company has and the treatment they give to their employees. I won't recommend Flipkart to anyone.
