The interview happened through GRID. It consisted of two DSA rounds followed by one HR round. The technical rounds were mainly focused on DP and graphs, covering LeetCode Medium and Medium-Hard level problems. The HR round delved into my grid project in detail.

Pros: Interesting work. Opportunity to work on large-scale projects, freedom to propose your own solutions.
Cons: Poor work-life balance, too much work to do. Expected to work on weekends to meet deadlines.
Incompetent managers. If your manager likes you, you will get promoted and get good projects. Low yearly hikes. Most great engineers have left because of low pay. Increase in PIPs since this year; job security has reduced.
