Best work culture with decent work-life balance. Managers here don't micromanage; they hear your thoughts. A lot of scale and traffic make you learn things. There's a lot of fun and party culture, especially during sales in the office.
Hikes are standard 10% - 12%.
Contract staff doesn't get any perks, and you feel unhappy when full-timers get goodies, outings, etc. Mostly, contractors are treated as replaceable assets. The irony is that even security guards keep an eye on you if you are a contractor in the office.
A lot of things or solutions are built left and right with much duplication. Please build more centralized systems to avoid duplication and huge infra bills.
Please, contract staff can be treated well.
