Good salary or base amount.
Absolutely nil employee benefits.
The so-called/hyped health insurance - you get 3L insured by default without any premium. Anything else, you will be bound to pay an additional premium. I took a 7L cover and I have to pay around 48K per year.
No food options - you have to come to the office now, but you hardly have any food options. That too, it's not subsidized. The rates are higher than outside. People end up going outside ETV to have lunch.
Reimbursements - You will struggle a lot to get them approved: internet, mobile, and relocation. After constant follow-up, you will never get a satisfactory answer from HR.
I am part of FKH+, no work-life balance at all. There will be deadlines after deadlines, you will be forced by multiple PMs to work on their items. You have to come on weekends and late nights to complete your work.
Senior leadership is just running after gross sales and new customers. They hardly look after the employees. Very few outings or gifts, nothing for employee morale.
No commute-related benefits. You have to take care of yourself.
Boost employee morale and give opportunity to grow.
