- Competitive base salary for entry-level positions.
- Great knowledge building in terms of product and marketplace.
- No work-life balance; you very often have to work late at night and even on weekends.
- Every time they ask you to stretch this time.
- Very few team outings, once in six months, and sometimes not even that.
- No fun activities; no time to even make friends.
- No hike provided in base pay; only one total increment value provided one time.
- When you don't have enough people for a team, please add more people to the team, rather than giving multiple tasks and string deadlines on each task to them.
