Comfortable But Unstable Contract

Pros: It's very slow and comfortable. When it gets busy, it's terrible, but that's just sometimes.
Cons: No guarantees. I got laid off and rehired under a worse contract. They lied on the job description and in the interview, and the job is much more boring than they advertised it to be. Being a contract employee means you get treated like a lesser being, I swear.

Big company, so there are tons of opportunities.
Lots of interns, so I never really felt alone.
Cons: Cyclical industry.
Lots of layoffs during bad periods.
Lots of waiting around, miscommunications, red tape.
