It was a panel of three people, including the director. They showed up and were very clearly constrained by the STAR format. Other than that, they tried asking about skills relevant to the job.

Comfortable But Unstable Contract

Pros: It's very slow and comfortable. When it gets busy, it's terrible, but that's just sometimes.
Cons: No guarantees. I got laid off and rehired under a worse contract. They lied on the job description and in the interview, and the job is much more boring than they advertised it to be. Being a contract employee means you get treated like a lesser being, I swear.
