I knew someone in engineering. I applied. I got a call from HR. I spoke to a nice lady who asked general fit questions. She set up an interview with the group. It started with a group interview with the engineers I would be working with, which was a bit on the technical side. The manager was there too. Finally, I had a one-on-one with the manager. I thought it went well, but I didn't get an offer.
