Pros: Helpful mentors, overall, people want you to enjoy Ford.

Cons: Teams can feel disconnected from one another.

Pros: Met a lot of people and learned a lot about the company and the project.

Cons: It was hybrid, so there was limited human interaction.

Pros: Some good benefits. Okay place to start your career. Upper management seems to be decent, but below them is a sea of little, energetic middle managers all trying to prove their worth.

Cons: Pay is average and highly varies, even for the same job. There are too many middle managers, too much bureaucracy, and office politics. Some departments are short-staffed and basically expect one employee to do the job of two. Job satisfaction is highly dependent on your boss or department. If you get stuck in a department that won’t let you leave, get out sooner rather than later.
