Process
Applied for the position online. A 10-15 minute telephone screening with a recruiter occurred shortly after applying, followed by a 3-panel face-to-face interview at their Talent Center.
The interview was very well structured with relevant situational questions asked, broken up into two sections: technical experience and behavioral tendencies. Questions could be difficult to answer if work experience is limited.
After the interview, lunch was provided, and you were given the option to visit the Ford Rouge tour.
