Pros: Lots of experience and good colleagues.

Cons: Sometimes it can feel too corporate.

Pros: Nice pay scale compared to other automakers, good car lease or buying discount, and a nice 401k match.

Cons: Career progression is slow. You don’t get more bonuses like peer companies. Medical insurance is okay.

Pros: - High visibility with managers and chiefs. - Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. - Each rotation provides more insight into final placement preference within the company.

Cons: Some rotational employees are unwillingly pulled into positions that are critical for the company. Work-life balance can be highly improved. Salary doesn't offer the most incentive to stay (although I may need to update this based on whether or not I can receive a raise for 2023). Limited locational opportunities exist for North American employees, mainly in Michigan.
