Process
Talked to Ford at the campus career fair and was asked to sign up for an interview on campus. Before the interview day, Ford had a company day with their vehicles and engineers on campus, followed by a presentation by an exec. Got to meet and talk to a lot of Ford employees, then had a basic 30-minute interview with STAR questions and why Ford should hire me. Got an offer about a week or two later.
