Very laid-back interview process. I visited the office where I was going to intern and talked with the team I was going to work with. They reviewed my resume and asked non-technical questions. I also got a tour of the office, which was nice.

Pros: If you want a dog-eat-dog company where everyone is out for themselves, this is it. Great company to work for if you are a minority woman.
Cons: Management takes care of themselves. Don't bother requesting assistance from your superiors; they will only downgrade you for inconveniencing them.
