Pros: - Flexible work options
- General benefits of working in large MNCs.
- Almost all the latest & greatest tech stack is available (though it could be very minute in its presence). Even if you don't get a chance to work on those, plenty of learning/training sessions are organized frequently, irrespective of whether it applies to your current job/role.
Cons: Most work for a software engineer would generally be around some legacy software/tech stack, unless you're lucky enough to get into those very few teams (mostly like the Centre of Excellence/Enablement teams).

Cons: Being one of the biggest automotive companies in the world comes with some disadvantages. The most important one is the size of the organization. It is overwhelming for individuals to realize where they stand in terms of product and its impact.
