Statistical/Vehicle Engineering Interview Experience - Dearborn, Michigan

October 1, 2013
Positive ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The entire hiring process took more than 2 months.

I applied for the position online via a job board in September. After talking with HR, I got the initial phone interview by going over my resume.

Late in October, I was invited to attend the Talent Management Conference.

There were two parts to the interview: a group assessment and an individual interview.

In the group assessment, I and two other candidates from different positions discussed a proposal for a case study.

The individual interview section had mostly typical behavioral questions. Only a few of them were technical.

Questions

No difficult questions, if you know yourself well and your answers are based on your true thoughts.
