If it's your first job, it's excellent, as they hire almost always and there are many vacancies.
If you already have experience in the automotive sector, expect to be loaded with a lot of work, 5 am or 11 pm meetings, 4 days in the office. The salary seems high, but after comparing with the responsibilities of colleagues in other companies where they do software, it is low.
