Good technical experience. Figuring out what the root cause of a problem was (this was around 2001) was a good experience. The FCG program was also a good experience.

Other engineers and management like to blame the union workers for all quality problems, but they don't complain when they get all those vacation days. (I was not on the line or in the union.)
Hopefully, you understand the technical parts of what your workers do. Stop letting the accountants run the company.
