Too big for their own good at times. Tangible and occasionally blatant levels of disrespect towards certain positions. Where you start in the company can greatly impact your attitude and optimism. Middle management seems to be a bunch of bobble-head yes men.
Learn to say no to your boss when you know a task can't be done properly in the given amount of time, and work out an appropriate solution. Communicate!
