Pros

Groups of people are responsible for a product.

Ford has an excellent commitment to Quality.

Cons

No longer have benefits. Top-down management. Procedures are unnecessarily complex. There are numerous cases where goals between departments are not aligned.

Advice to Management

Contingency plan for the future with lighter cars and better interior package space.

Lobby Washington more effectively for health care, and a Value Added Tax with import transfer pricing properly policed.

Tariff government-subsidized companies like Hyundai.
