Reasonable Load, Out-of-touch Management
Word load is reasonable, pay is average.
Management is not responsive to employee needs. Management only cares about getting to the next level.
Management is totally out of touch with customers, and it really shows in the bad quality of the products.
Management hiring of engineers should be carefully planned years in advance for workload, and not lay off experienced employees on a spur-of-the-moment decision.
