They pay fairly well, but I think that is to draw new process coaches in. Once there, the frustration to accomplish tasks is enough to desensitize you into doing nothing.
Worst management / HR team I have ever seen. Nobody will stand up to the workforce and discipline according to contract.
If you want to bring your company into this century, you need to change your management and HR team.
