Friendly working environment. Most people are kind and willing to teach.
The company is not afraid to break contracts to let go of people at the last minute without notice. The higher-ups are more concerned about protecting their bottom line than about treating human beings like human beings.
Don't amend contracts to break promises at the last minute.
