Ford

I applied on Ford's career website. After a couple of weeks, I got contacted by a Ford recruiter. The second step was an in-person interview with three Ford managers. The interview was in Dearborn, MI.

I was flown out to Dearborn, where there was a two-day interview. It was mostly group interviews, but it included a tour of the Dearborn Truck Plant and the Rouge Plant, which was very cool.

There were mostly behavioral-style questions, with some questions on my background and experience in Computer Science. The questions they asked were mostly based on resume content. Other than that, it was pretty standard.
