Pros

Pay if negotiated right.

Vacation if you last long enough.

Benefits overall.

Cons

Older workers have had a big target on their head for years, especially those who still qualify for defined benefits.

Poor promotion opportunities, get in the back of the line, way in the back behind the FCGP kids and outside hires.

Ford routinely fires the replacements who replaced the replacements.

It's no accident they fire people just a week or two before they vest.

Advice to Management

Try having some ethics for once and maybe even following internal company policies. Outright fabrication of facts is tolerated all the time in this company and will bring this place down.
