Cons

Some rotational employees are unwillingly pulled into positions that are critical for the company. Work-life balance can be highly improved.

Salary doesn't offer the most incentive to stay (although I may need to update this based on whether or not I can receive a raise for 2023).

Limited locational opportunities exist for North American employees, mainly in Michigan.

Advice to Management

Consider offering more competitive salaries. The competition is taking away your younger talent base.
