- Good work environment and nice people.
- Interesting things to do in Detroit.
- Good chances for advancement/ability to get into FCG program is a big draw.
- Work can be monotonous on dull assignments.
- Some of the benefits/compensation is not nearly as nice as if you were working on one of the coasts. Coming to a more expensive place than Detroit, the money doesn't go as far.
Managers did an overall good job making sure that I had something to do. Maybe keep in mind that not all interns are gearheads who love the cars over everything else.
