Culture can be a bit dated. IT support is dated, making certain tasks a pain. Culture is definitely different than at other companies. Pre-2003 employees have pension plans, so not many people have left the company. Therefore, not many have entered. Many of the newer positions are contract.
Interviews are tough, almost like being tested rather than an interview. Most interviews I've had with other companies were more like conversations. Ford was tough, with situational questions, asking how you should react.
