One phone interview with the would-be boss and a local supervisor. Passed that and then was invited to an in-plant interview where I met the team I would be working with and toured the plant. Accepted the offer shortly after.

I had an in-person interview at the location I would be working at, and was asked mostly behavioral questions. The questions revolved around conflict resolution, combating challenges, and how I had responded to various workplace scenarios.

Two-person interview. A series of questions followed. Most were basic behavioral questions, then some specific situation ones. There were no "out-of-the-box" questions. It was a pretty standard interview. The interview was probably 30-40 minutes long
