First, there is a screening phone interview with human resources. Then, a 30-minute phone interview with five managers. A plant tour and interview are arranged. An offer comes in an email from corporate in Dearborn, Michigan.

Two-person interview. A series of questions followed. Most were basic behavioral questions, then some specific situation ones. There were no "out-of-the-box" questions. It was a pretty standard interview. The interview was probably 30-40 minutes long

Very chill. Just remember STAR format. This will guide you through the entire interview. Make sure you highlight your skills and interest, so they can place you in a rotation that best aligns with your interest.
