Two-hour-long conversations. Asks Linux questions about how to do various things in the Linux shell. Otherwise, pretty standard, talking about experience and projects from your resume. It was a really easy interview process.
Applications Developer
I was interviewed in Chennai. It was a one-day process. A written test on verbal and aptitude was conducted, followed by TR&HR for shortlisted people. People over there were very friendly.
