Senior DevOps Engineer
Two-hour-long conversations. Asks Linux questions about how to do various things in the Linux shell. Otherwise, pretty standard, talking about experience and projects from your resume. It was a really easy interview process.
Control Systems
It was about 9:00 p.m. They sent me a text message, asking me to confirm the offer of an interview for the next morning. The interview lasted about 35 minutes.
Engineer
Introduce yourself at the beginning, and the manager will go through your experience to dig in and find out what your capabilities are. Then they will ask about your expectations regarding the company and why you chose Ford.
