Ford Interview Experiences
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Usually a group review with one person from HR, a manager for the area, and a peer. There were prepared and required questions from Ford. Then there was open communication allowing both sides to ask questions and comment.
Manufacturing Engineer
Approximately 7 to 10 standard behavioral interview questions, along with work history and skills background review. Interviewers wanted concise answers. Not sure why this has to be thirty words to convey the interview experience.
Embedded Software Engineer
The interview starts with the interviewers introducing the team's role and the work I will work on. Then they ask me to do a self-introduction and some C++ language problems. There is only one coding question that is at most Leetcode medium.
