It started with a phone screen, then went to an online coding test. It was using Hackerrank and had questions about Angular and an IDE coding challenge about Spring field validation.

There are 3 rounds: the first is assessment, the second is the problem-solving round, and the third is system design. The interview was tough and had multiple questions. There were 5 HackerRank questions.

The first session was a group/panel discussion. We separated students into groups and then interviewed them one by one with two to three Ford employees asking questions. After this, on a second day, there was a much smaller group where each individ
