  2. Management/managers firing genuine talents and hiring fake talents.
  3. Managers need to screen people thoroughly during the interview process.

Last but not least, managers, please encourage genuine talents, not fake profiles.

Advice to Management

Please remove the managers who do not follow the Ford policies and interview process.

Few managers are hiring the consultants' wives with no experience.
