Horrible experience! HR and hiring managers are clueless about how to match job reqs with potential candidates. On top of that, interviewers have no appropriate training to handle experienced candidates. It was just plain awkward.

Very capable and helpful team
Lot of non-performers and engineers with attitude issues cleaned up in the last 3 years
Growing business outlook
Very good and fair local management team
Better HR leader than the old one, with a lot of new initiatives
Cons: Training is always on the job. External training from experts will help.
India team can do a lot more for the growth of the company in the security domain.
Better tax-saving policies like a company-leased car are needed.
Office location. This should be okay after moving the office to a new place.

Pros: It is a great company if you are interested in new ideas and technology.
The company is growing in all areas, in Engineering and Sales. It is investing a lot in Sales and Marketing, and always in the news for good reason.
New office with lot of space, free bagels and fruits on Monday and Friday. Flexible time and makes interesting.
Cons: No work from home. Only based on special permissions.

Pros: Great technology and company vision. The company and its finances are strong and well-positioned for future growth.
Co-workers are very good and essentially willing to help, but management is an issue (see below).
Cons: Mgmt in EMEA/INTL is very French and has no real focus. Lots of internal politics and unwillingness to interoperate between regions and teams.
