Software Engineer Interview Experience - Burnaby, Canada
Process
Fortinet invited me to a phone interview. I scheduled a phone interview with a technical recruiter. He stood me up and never called me at the promised time. He apologized later via email and offered to have another phone interview. I scheduled another interview with him, but he stood me up once again. I just cannot believe how a recruiter can be so irresponsible and disrespectful towards an applicant.
