A simple review
- Salary is not bad.
- It is a growing company, and you will be given some options.
- Almost no overtime.
- The benefit package is not good.
- No team building, and no training (if there is training, it's only a little).
- Co-workers speak Chinese most of the time.
We need team building and training every year.
A much better benefit package, including a group MSP plan.
And, a better PC with MS Windows, please.
