Perfect work-life balance with a stable environment.
Low salary and RSU. Manage issues.
1. Phone interview: basic networking knowledge - not even CCNA level. 2. Onsite: 3 coding questions for 3 hours. The maze one is a little bit hard, the others are okay.
Paper-based testing first. A doc will be sent to your mail. Then you have 2 hours to finish that. After you have finished that, send the answer back. Then they will decide what's next.
Great process and a very nice manager. I can feel there is a very nice working environment in this company. But I failed the interview because of my not-so-good preparation. I hope to have another opportunity to take the interview.
