• Unprofessional management by far! Prefers ego games over professional decisions.
• Unhelpful HR when help or assistance is asked from them.
• No cybersecurity professionalism on site.
• Too many juniors at once, at a level not familiar with computers at all.
• Lack of professional opportunities.
• Lack of Fortinet presence.
• Performance achievements do not affect compensation.
• Lack of professional growth.

And many more issues. If I were offered a QA / Automation position again, I would not take it under any circumstances.

Replace all the management group on site. Real complaints are not reviewed properly, and no steps are taken regarding complaints to HR.
