Extremely poor. Constant miscommunication and rescheduling of interviews. I was asked 5 minutes into my coding interview if I could push it by 45 minutes. I obliged, and halfway through my coding interview, I was interrupted by another interviewer. I had to spend time explaining to him the situation, which not only ate into my time but derailed my thought process. I tried giving them a chance, but after another last-minute scheduling mishap, I withdrew my candidacy. Extremely disappointed in Geico.
