Pros: Compared to any other tech job, there are none anymore. It used to be good 10 years ago, but since Todd Combs came in as CEO, it has been a steady downhill run.
Cons: Benefits were cut. 12,000 people laid off in the last year with zero notice. Pay is subpar for Software Engineers. There has been no communication from the CEO in over 8 months. The environment is toxic, etc.
