Process
The interviewer process involved 5 interviews. There were 2 behavioral/experience interviews, 2 coding interviews, and 1 system design interview. The coding interviews featured LeetCode-style medium questions. The interviewers were friendly and helpful. My interviewer never showed up for the second behavioral interview, and I had to reach out to reschedule. No explanation was given. I know the market is tough for tech right now, but this process seems excessive relative to the pay they're offering for an SWE.

Standard behavioral, system design. Coding question was a bit verbose, but it was LC Medium difficulty.
