Took an entrance test on analytical skills. HR phone interview, manager interview.
Took about 3 months between tests and calls. Everyone was really friendly. The analytical tests were fairly easy, a lot of what comes next in the pattern type of questions.

Cons: Literally everything else: low pay, crap benefits, engineering "leaders" have never been engineers, nor do they possess technical aptitude.
