Pros: relaxed, modern, many opportunities for advancement

Cons: Very slow rate of promotion.

Pros: Money and friendly coworkers. That's it.

Cons: Management is useless. They judge performance by the number of pull requests. Most managers won't say no to silly ideas from higher management. The gtr project has been going for two years with nothing to show. PTO is bad, and overall, it's a sweatshop.

Pros: A bunch of learning opportunities. Many places to grow in your career. Tons of support from your coworkers and peers. Profit sharing day. Good work/life balance.

Cons: Compensation not as high as other places.
