GEICO Interview Experiences
Engineer
Initial contact was with a recruiter. This led to a one-hour meet and greet. After the meet and greet is a four-hour "Power Day," which consists of four rounds of interviews.
ETL Engineer
The 4-round interview process went well, and I was selected. However, I haven't received an offer letter and have been ghosted after verbal approval on a call. I followed up a couple of times via email, but there has been no reply.
Cloud Architect
I had a telephone interview for an hour, which was too technical. I feel like they were looking for specific answers from a textbox. It wasn't a pleasant interview, and I will turn down the offer even if I get one.
